You’re never to old to start Martial Arts.
Our adults programme gives you the chance to train without the distraction of our younger members.
All activities will be adapted to take into consideration any disabilities you have so that dodgy knee is just a distraction and not a barrier to achieving your goals.
The adults class has students in their 70’s who train regularly and keeps both their bodies and minds young.
I did my first boot camp session this morning. loads of fun with a very nice and patient instructor and a friendly group of ladies. looking forward to next week

Really nice atmosphere, people are friendly and you get to go at your own pace, which is pretty sweet. Also Ty is pretty great too I guess 😛

Very welcoming Martial Arts centre. Ty is experienced and an expert in what he teaches. I have no doubt that any new and existing members will benefit from attending this Dojo.

My daughter has been going to sengoko for 3 months and the change in her as been massive before starting she spent most of her time in her room alone. now she is doing 5 class a week making friends and learning new skills she is a lot more confident with her self and loving life. Thank you to all the staff for helping daisy to feel like she fits in and putting a smile on her face. xx p.s this club is amazing

Brilliant club and the Ladies only is fantastic. Friendly people and you're not put under any pressure. Great if you've never done anything like this before.
